We’re searching for a dynamic Assistant Executive Director to lead and inspire our 20-bed household team. This is more than managing operations — it’s your chance to build a thriving culture where teamwork, compassion, and excellence shine. You’ll partner with our Executive Director to oversee daily life, develop an outstanding caregiving team, deliver exceptional person-centered care, and create lasting relationships with residents and families in our vibrant Oak Creek community.

Bachelor/associate degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in assisted living or long-term care
Flexibility with scheduling- full time day shift, may include night and weekend fill ins
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
