This role partners closely with the Regional Director Director to drive quality team engagement and resident satisfaction while creating a positive experience for residents families and staff.

Qualifications
Healthcare leadership experience long term care preferred
Bachelors degree required Masters preferred
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
