What You’ll Do

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee daily operations of two Adult Family Homes in Sheboygan.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain policies, procedures, records, licenses, and inspection readiness.
• Oversee facilities, transportation, supplies, food, and safety systems.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely corrective action.

Staffing & Leadership

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and staffing.
• Supervise, coach, and hold staff accountable for performance and expectations.
• Conduct evaluations and address performance concerns as needed.
• Supervise and support assigned employees.
• Promote a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
