Community Relations Director (Sales)

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Community Relations Director to increase occupancy and promote our senior living community. This role combines sales, marketing, community outreach and support for prospective residents and their families throughout the move-in process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, social workers and community organizations.
• Generate and follow up with prospective resident leads.
• Conduct community tours and explain available services, pricing and the admission process.
• Maintain accurate information in the lead-tracking/CRM system.
• Coordinate marketing events, referral visits and community outreach.
• Partner with leadership and nursing staff to support smooth resident move-ins.
• Monitor occupancy, sales activity and marketing results.
• Ensure available rooms are staged and ready for tours.
• Provide excellent service to residents, families and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, senior living or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable and comfortable following up with leads.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office or similar technology.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• Reliable transportation for community outreach.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
