Our House Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Registered Nurse to provide clinical support and oversight across our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Central Wisconsin.

For more than 25 years, Our House Senior Living has served as a trusted resource for Wisconsin families, delivering high-quality care to older adults living with age-related conditions and memory loss. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who values clinical excellence, resident-centered care, and collaborative leadership.

The Regional Nurse will be responsible for monitoring the overall health and well-being of residents and supporting care teams across multiple locations on a rotating basis, including:
Portage, Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells, Wausau, and Wisconsin Rapids

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday through Friday

• Day travel is required throughout the Central Region

Position Responsibilities

• Implement nursing care objectives and protocols in accordance with state regulations and company best practices

• Assist with admission assessments and resident evaluations during acute changes in condition

• Develop, review, and revise care plans to ensure residents’ health needs are accurately reflected

• Assess residents who demonstrate physical, cognitive, or behavioral changes

• Oversee medication management, including self-administration evaluations, psychotropic medication review, and staff medication administration practices

• Provide ongoing clinical education and in-service training relevant to resident needs

• Support additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing

• 3 to 5 years of RN experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related senior care setting preferred

• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor team members

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and computer systems

• Familiarity with DHS 83 regulations preferred; training provided

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required
