Azura is seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice Aide to provide personal care and comfort to patients facing end-of-life, under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role is vital in supporting patients’ dignity, safety, and well-being in their homes.
What You'll Do:
You’ll assist with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and mobility support. You’ll also monitor and report changes in condition, provide companionship, and offer respite care for family caregivers—all while following a care plan created by the clinical team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of state-required training (75 hours minimum)
- CPR certified; at least 18 years old
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable with end-of-life care
- Valid driver’s license and insured, working vehicle
- Strong communication, documentation, and personal care skills
